All orders are shipped via Australia post and costs are calculated at checkout. Please allow approximately 1 week for shipping within Australia and 2-3 weeks for international shipping. 

Shipping costs do not include any VAT/Duties or other fees charged by your destination upon its arrival.

Whether it is a refund or size exchange, please send in a request by emailing contact@dowk.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item and return your order within 30 days of confirmation to be eligible for free shipping on returns/ size exchanges.

If your item is made to order, any size exchanges may need to be re-made, so please allow time for this process.

Yes! You can make purchases in instalments via Afterpay.
