DOWK ships worldwide!

All orders are shipped via Australia post and costs are calculated at checkout. Please allow approximately 1 week for shipping within Australia and 2-3 weeks for international shipping. 

Shipping costs do not include any VAT/Duties or other fees charged by your destination upon its arrival.

Because all dresses are made to order, I do not offer returns for change of mind.

However, delivering the perfect dress that makes your heart soar is my greatest priority. So if your dress doesn't fit as intended, please reach out to contact@dowk.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item to request a size exchange.

Should you be eligible for a size exchange, you will have 30 days to return your order. Your new size may need to be made, so please also allow time for this process. Any shipping costs incurred with the size exchange process is not covered by DOWK.

Yes! You can make purchases in instalments via Afterpay.

Some regions and customers have issues using Afterpay, but you can also use PayPal which offers instalment payments within the PayPal app.
