Returns & Refunds
Because all dresses are made to order, I do not offer returns for change of mind.
However, delivering the perfect dress that makes your heart soar is my greatest priority. So if your dress doesn't fit as intended, please reach out to contact@dowk.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item to request a size exchange.
Should you be eligible for a size exchange, you will have 30 days to return your order. Your new size may need to be made, so please also allow time for this process.
Any shipping costs incurred with the size exchange process is not covered by DOWK.

Yes, Dowk products ship from Australia all over the globe!
Note: Some regions are harder to ship to than others, if your region is not available at checkout please contact me to organise a delivery option.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne Australia.
Domestic shipping is estimated to take 3-9 business days.
International shipping is estimated to take 10-20 business days.

Payments and Instalments
You can make payments via major Visa or Mastercard aswell as ApplePay, GooglePay and Paypal.
You can also use Afterpay for instalment payments or Paypal instalments plans which is managed in your Paypal payment window.
Yes! You can make purchases in instalments via Afterpay. Some regions and customers have issues using Afterpay, but you can also use PayPal which offers instalment payments within the PayPal app.
