This product is made to order to your measurements. Make sure your submit your measurements here after placing your order and check the pre order timeline here to determine your garments shipped date.
Love it but want to change something?
Send in an alteration enquiry to request style changes such as sleeve style, skirt length or something else. Most simple alterations are complimentary. But you may be charged for additional fabric usage when adding long skirts so its important to inquire before your purchase.
Dowk ships worldwide! All orders are shipped via Australia post. Please allow approximately 1 week for Australia / domestic and 2 weeks for international shipping. Please note it is the customers responsibility to cover VAT/Duties or any other fee that might be incurred with a delivery to anywhere outside of Australia.
All products are made to order specifically for you.
Due to this I cannot do returns.
If you’ve made a mistake, mixed up your measurements and your order doesn't fit, don’t worry. I can still fix it, but you will be charged for alterations and shipping costs.
If I’ve made an error, I offer free alterations. Let me know within 14 days of receiving your order if there’s a problem by emailing contact@dowk.com.au
