Made from 100% organic cotton, in DOWK's iconic OEKO-TEX certified organic dyed prints, the make process of this bow utilises off cuts to reduce waste and increase joy!
All accessories are made to order with a 3-4 week make time before it is shipped.
If you order an accessory in the same transaction as a pre-order dress this will be held and shipped with your other items following the pre-order timeline.
If you wish to have them shipped separately as they are available, you must order them in seperate transactions in order to pay for shipping.
Dowk ships worldwide! Costs are calculated at checkout and all orders are shipped via Australia post. Please allow 1-2 weeks for Australian shipping and 2-4 weeks for international shipping.
Please note it is the customers responsibility to cover VAT/Duties or any other fee that might be incurred with a delivery to anywhere outside of Australia.
Because all items are made to order, I do not offer returns/refunds for change of mind.
However, if you have any issues with your order please reach out to contact@dowk.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item.
Should you be eligible for any form of exchange due to a fault, you will have 30 days to return your order. Your new item may need to be made, so please also allow time for this process.
All fabrics are made using organic dyes in small batches which means each re-order of your favourite print has a possible 15% variance in hue and saturation.
