Whether it is a refund or size exchange, please send in a request by emailing contact@dowk.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item and return your order within 30 days of confirmation to be refunded up to $30AUD on costs you incur making returns/ size exchanges.
If your item is made to order, any size exchanges may need to be re-made, so please allow time for this process.
All fabrics are made using organic dyes in small batches. This means each re-order of your favourite print is unique! There is a possible 15% variance in hue and saturation.
